PSYE Ottawa Leadership Table

About the table

The Leadership Table brings together key community and business stakeholders to drive its vision:  All Ottawa youth have access to economic opportunities for financial security, and opportunities to use their talents and energy to support a vibrant local economy.

First coming together in February 2019, the Table mobilizes a broad cross-section of key actors in the community to enable youth aged 15-29 to build secure employment or entrepreneurship opportunities for themselves while supporting local economic development.  This is done by sharing knowledge, amplifying and elevating current initiatives in the ecosystem, and taking a “deep dive” to drive action on an agreed to priority challenge.

How to get involved

We are looking for more “employer” representatives from a variety of industry sectors.  We also invite community and business partners to present on current or upcoming initiatives to get advice and broaden their stakeholder outreach. Finally, we are looking to drive action on our first priority challenge and invite those with knowledge or curiosity in the area to join the dialogue.  Explore the buttons below to find out more about who we are and what we do.
